We have written about this before (HERE) … but it seems time for a reminder.

The #1 mistake we see new people and groups getting involved in the political process … the mistake we made ourselves (so not judging) … is people confuse “Power” with “Access”.

Access “feels” nice. You are listened to, you have a seat at the table, your phone calls are returned … they say nice things about you … but access really means you are “Never being perceived as a threat.” You may think you are friends with these people … but as President Truman said, if you want a friend in Washington, get a dog!

Power however is actually getting a politician to do what you want them to do … even if that is as simple as getting them to do what they said they would do on the campaign trial … or to simply follow the Republican Platform.

[NOTE: Another novice “misunderstanding” is thinking people / politicians / GOP officials would never just outright lie to your face. Trust no one!!! Verify everything!!! Good people don’t mind you asking questions. Know that these people lie constantly.] 

MAKING THE HARD “ASK”:  But wait until you ask a legislator to do something … the basics … like provide us with Medical Freedom, take PORN Books out of our libraries and schools … or God forbid you ask them to give us CLOSED PRIMARIES!!!  

Ask them specifically what they will do, and all of a sudden you will learn there are 1,000 “excuses” … and you will know the difference between “political access” and “political power”. 

We have seen it with SCHOOL CHOICE.  Kids are needlessly suffering, it is an easy fix, and even the most far right school choice supporters cower at the prospect of crossing the “establishment”.  They know the issue, yet they won’t speak up.  That is when you know their true character.

Once you ask for something objectively right to do, but against the power structure … you will find out real quick your “access” means nothing. We did!!!

Your phone calls will no longer be returned. You will finally understand that politicians only care about getting elected or re-elected … and you will learn that unless you have the ability to REPLACE THEM, what you want for “We The People” really won’t matter if what you ask for is “hard”.

On the wall at HQ:

“You have to be politically FEARED to be politically RESPECTED.”

As we stated the last time we discussed this topic … if you don’t see it yet, you will, so just give it time and keep asking questions.

RUN FOR OFFICE

It is time friends!!! We are seeing PATRIOTS all over South Carolina starting to announce campaigns against incumbents.

285 days until the June 11th, 2024 Primary Election Day.

It is going to be an exciting 2024 election season!!!

SCGOP Rule 16(c) is literally the very last Rule in the SCGOP Rule Book … and some folks miss it … so take this as a REMINDER!!!

If you are an OFFICER, DELEGATE or ALTERNATE … you are subject to IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL of your position if you (#1) endorse or (#2) financially support a candidate against a duly nominated Republican candidate.

DON’T DO IT!!!

Now it seems simple … as most of us are not running out there endorsing or donating to DEMOCRATS … although the establishment has been known to do that rather often.  HERE

But when that Republican nominee is a RINO … or worse … it is easy to say positive things about a write-in conservative candidate, or maybe a libertarian candidate … but DON’T DO IT!!!

As simple as it may seem, there is no clear definition of “endorse” or “financially support” … so expect that if you are a SC Patriot, the “establishment” if going to claim anything you do (including a Facebook Post “like”) for a candidate against the Republican Nominee as an “endorsement”.

Sooooo … as upset as you may be about a “weak” Republican Nominee … be careful and remember … DON’T DO IT!!!.  We need you in the America FIRST fight and the “establishment” will be looking for any technical misstep to kick you out of the GOP.

Remember … be careful … and DON’T DO IT!!!

Drew McKissick, three time SCGOP Chairman & RNC Co-Chair was humiliated by America FIRST SC Patriots.

The 2023 SCGOP convention is behind us and We The People are awake! We knew the delegate numbers were 50/50 … and so did the “establishment” … and they pulled every trick in the book.

Many first timers to the SCGOP convention witnessed with their own eyes the tyranny of the old guard establishment and no respect for SC citizens. Many first timers witnessed not a single elected official in attendance stopping the overt ramrodding of the America FIRST SC Patriots. Now they know … and they are more motivated than ever.

Drew McKissick slipped back in by 16 votes, but it was a HUGE victory for the America FIRST movement. Consider … just one county … just one less “drama” distraction (and there were way too many of these off mission) … just a little better discernment to avoid “self” over “service” … just a little more experience (which we now have) … a little election “fairness” from SCGOP leadership (we did not even have the delegate list, etc.)  … any one of those is all we needed for the few extra votes that were necessary for complete VICTORY.

Yes, we EXPOSED them for who they are … and just 16 votes … it was all we needed to stop Drew.  That is #Victory!!!

ReOrg 2025 will be a “bloodbath” for the RINO establishment!!! We will most assuredly walk in to the 2025 SCGOP Convention with 75% – 80% + of the delegates and celebrate as a capstone achievement what is expected to come over the next two years.
