“Weaponized” SCGOP State Executive Committee Blocks Jeff Davis’ Attendance

Greenville State EC Met By Police …

Published

on

SCGOP State Executive Committee members from all 46 counties across South Carolina were welcomed to the State EC meeting in Columbia on Saturday … except for one … attorney, CPA, school choice advocate, mySCGOP.com co-founder, the #2 voter-getter for State Chairman at the May 20th SCGOP State Convention (with 309 votes, 33.0%) (HERE & HERE)… former Greenville County Chairman and current Greenville State Executive Committeeman, Jeff Davis.

Upon arrival, Mr. Davis was met by two City of Columbia police officers and told he would not be allowed into the meeting.

Seriously, what is Drew & the “establishment” scared of? Perhaps they should be scared … but this only makes it worse!

Is this because Chairman Drew McKissick only squeaked by, with his re-election on May 20th, by 16 votes … and this is just another desperate attempt to cancel his opponents? It seems that way to us.

What do you think?

NO UNITY FROM DREW!

Well, we have been asking for UNITY (HERE & HERE) … but now we know the answer from Drew McKissick and the SCGOP “establishment” … it’s going to be more of the same.

No unity, not working together to further the South Carolina Republican Platform … just more of the same heavy handed, dictatorial & tyrannical leadership of Drew McKissick.

Doesn’t this sound like the same thing the “weaponized” Biden Department of Justice is doing today to President TRUMP? The actions that Republicans are all up in arms about across this country … and the actions which have skyrocketed the TRUMP campaign poll numbers (and tanked Ron DeSantis)?

Does anyone see much of a difference between the actions of Drew … and the actions of Biden & his cronies? We surely don’t … they both seem eerily the same!

Formal Protests … is this legal?

Formal protests by other members of the State EC were made at the meeting … and after a Motion by Greenville Chairman Yvonne Julian to allow Mr. Davis into the meeting … reportedly only 60% of the body agreed to the barring … so BRAVO to the 40% that see this as a “problem” for the SCGOP’s image (if not also a major legal problem for the SCGOP and involved parties).

Experts in Robert’s Rules of Order have all concluded thus far that the actions of Chairman McKissick, Hope Walker, and the 60% of the State EC supporting them, were improper. Legal experts are also questioning the actions. It certainly does not pass the smell test to us.

Stay tuned …

“We don’t care …”:

What was however particularly offensive was the attitude of some parties in attendance at the State Executive Committee meeting on Saturday.

Particularly offensive were the statements of Lancaster Chairman & former SC House Rep. Sandra McGarry (954-821-4203 ·mumsy241@yahoo.com sandymcgarrysc44@gmail.com), who was one of the 60% supporting this barring. Ms. McGarry went so far as to state that even though Jeff Davis received 456 votes for State EC at the April 24th Greenville County Republican Party Convention … “they” did not care how many votes Davis received, whether it was 456 or 3.

Basically Ms. McGarry does not care what the Republican voters of Greenville County want … even though Greenville represents well over 11% of the state population … and a much larger percentage of Republicans in South Carolina.

This is the sort of elitism, arrogance, and tone deafness that is destroying the Republican brand and the Republican Party itself … and why so many new folks are getting involved on a daily basis to rid the GOP of these sort of influences” … Jeff Davis

Hope Walker Email (6/15/2023):

Although Davis announced months ago that he was running for State EC from Greenville County … specifically to attend these State EC meetings to represent the America FIRST movement … it was not until 1 day before this past weekend’s first State EC meeting that SCGOP Executive Director Hope Walker sent an email stating that Davis could not attend.

[NOTE:  This is a typical “tactic” … wait until the last minute to raise any issues so that the matter could not be resolved timely.

Hope’s “excuse”?  A vote on December 11, 2021, whereby Davis was barred from State EC meetings because he allegedly lied about an ongoing criminal SLED investigation of Newberry County State EC & former SCGOP Chairman, Chad Connelly.  Chad is Drew McKissick’s mentor … so the statement about the SLED investigation, even though true, did not sit well with Chairman McKissick.

Although Mr. Connelly admittedly denied there was a SLED investigation … two days later, the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) confirmed an ongoing year and a half investigation into the alleged embezzelment of $275,406 by Connelly from a school choice scholarship program for K-12 children with special needs.  Davis was aware of the investigation since he had reported the matter and met with SLED on multiple occasions.

A few days later, SC Attorney General Alan Wilson’s Office stated they would not be prosecuting Mr. Connelly (who is a long-term personal friend and political ally of AG Wilson) because even though the money was gone, they did not believe Mr. Connelly had the requisite criminal intent.

Otherwise stated … the money was gone … but Chad didn’t mean to take it?

Every hear of that?  We haven’t either … and it is completely subjective.

GCRP Chairman Response (6/16/2023):

Greenville Chairman Yvonne Julian did follow-up with Ms. Walker on Friday, June 16th.  No further communications were received in response from Ms. Walker.

It had been well established that since County Chairman are technically “guests” at State EC meetings, the December 11, 2021 barring of Davis was only possible because Davis was a “guest” and not an official member of the State EC.

[NOTE:  Davis was never given an opportunity to defend himself at the initial barring in December 2021 … nor was he afforded an opportunity to speak this past weekend.]

In fact, then GCRP Chairman Davis attended State EC meetings after the December 2021 barring as the automatic proxy for Greenville County … so Hope Walker’s June 15th email was certainly a stretch … not to mention the issues with state election law (Section 7-9-90) and SCGOP Rule 7(c)(1).

There is a lot to process … which is obviously why Hope Walker and Drew McKissick waited until the last moment to inform Davis and the Greenville County Republican Party of their position.

How Did Your State EC Vote?

There is obviously much more to come with this story … so stay tuned … but in the interim, ask how your County Executive Committeeman VOTED?

We know Greenville, Anderson, Pickens, York, Lexington, Barnwell & Dorchester all voted against these improper actions … but  how about your county???

Given there were 47 credentialed voters at the State EC meeting on Saturday, we estimate that 19 +/- voted in favor of Davis … so 28 +/- went along with the “establishment” … and we bet a lot of them did not fully understand what was exactly going on.

When you find out how your county voted … let us know.

Democrat Crossover Voting?  A New Twist!

It is a REAL PROBLEM!!!

Published

on

Democrats vote in the Republican Primaries! It is a fact, and it is a REAL PROBLEM.  We shared with you last summer an example of two far-left RABID Democrats … actual Democrat candidates for office … that regularly vote in Republican Primaries … one is currently sitting on Greenville City Council (HERE).  Democrats do it openly … they don’t care … and our “Republican” Supermajority at the State House won’t do anything to fix it.

And neither will SCGOP Chairman Drew McKissick & the SCGOP State Executive Committee.  They all like the status quo as Democrat crossover voters is how a lot of their friends get re-elected.

Well, we also know Democrats are crossing over in the Republican Presidential Preference Primary between President TRUMP and Nikki Haley.  We have seen Democrats posting openly about it on social media … and it is to be expected.

However, in an interesting twist, about two weeks ago Democrat National Committee (DNC) Chairman Jamie Harrison (from South Carolina) publicly stated about Nikki Haley that South Carolina Democrats aren’t “bailing you out”.  (HERE).

The question … was he serious?

2/3/2024 HILL Article:  HERE

Well, it looks like Jamie Harrison & the SC Democratic Party may hold true to that commitment.

Republicans go through a “reorganization” aka ReOrg every two years … and so do Democrats … they just do it in different years (at least until 2025 when Democrats and Republicans will hold their ReOrg at the same time – an interesting change right).  As such, the Democrats are holding their final even year ReOrg in March 2024.

But guess what … the SC Democrats have publicly stated that “No one who votes in the 2024 Republican Presidential Preference Primary can participate in our county conventions.”

So … Democrats are EXCLUDING crossover voters in their 2024 Precinct ReOrg.

Yes, it could be a head-fake and the Democrats could “wave” that rule … or just not check for violations like the SCGOP does with their RINO friends where “selective enforcement” runs rampant for rules violations … but it is a new development from the SCDP.

We can’t wait to see how much crossover voting may help Nikki Haley … but this is an interesting development from the Democrats.

Stay tuned …

FCC Outlaws AI RoboCalls

“Trust what you see, not what you hear”

Published

on

Have you gotten one of these Artificial Intelligence (AI) RoboCalls?  We have and it was REALLY good quality … but it was not a real person.

The one we received was from the Nikki Haley campaign.  It sounded like a real person, it could respond to generic questions … so if you were not expecting it, responded “typically”, you could have had an entire conversation and made a donation with … a robot.

This AI RoboCall controversy started with a deceptive DEEP FAKE robocall in the New Hampshire Primary in January using an AI generated voice of Joe Biden.   The call told voters to “save” their vote for November … essentially telling folks not to vote in the primary.  Listen HERE.

There is a huge ongoing investigation by the New Hampshire Attorney General to determine “who” is responsible … and so far it is being traced to a company in Texas (HERE).  We would not want to be that political consultant!!!

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) was also quick to act by outlawing these AI generated robocalls.  See article below and the FCC Press Release HERE.

AP Article:  HERE

It is becoming easier and easier to clone peoples voices.  We actually saw video of a Governor Henry McMaster Press Conference where the Governor was saying some really “weird” things.  Well … it wasn’t real.

TRUST NOTHING!!!  They old saying used to be “trust what you see, not what you hear” … well guess what … with these DEEP FAKES you can’t trust anything anymore.

And realized these things really are not hard to make.  We have even heard that there are DEEP FAKES going around about “regular folks” … even us here at mySCGOP with some rather nasty and disgusting things.

The new rule … STOP trusting things you hear & even “videos” you see … ASK THE PERSON!!!

More to come we are sure … so stay tuned …

Haley Loses Nevada to “None of these Candidates”

At the end of the day, Haley lost every county in Nevada.

Published

on

How do you come in 2nd Place … to literally “Nobody”?

Well, ask presidential candidate Nikki Haley who came in 2nd to the “None of these candidates” option in the Nevada Presidential Preference Primary on Tuesday.

As we informed you back on December 11th, 2023 (HERE) … Nikki Haley signed up for the Nevada Primary … and not the Nevada Caucus (being held today) where all 26 delegate will be awarded.  Talk about a major blunder, which has now turned into a major embarrassment for Haley and her campaign staff.

At the end of the day, Haley lost every county in Nevada … and overall lost by a 2 to 1 margin … 63.4% to Haley’s 30.4%.  Not a good day for Nikki …

Here is a FOX Carolina interview from yesterday of the Greenville County Republican Party (GCRP) Chair Yvonne Julian & State Executive Committeeman Jeff Davis (co-founder of mySCGOP) giving their take on the Nevada Primary results, the Ronna Romney McDaniel news that she is OUT as RNC Chair … and how it is looking for TRUMP here in the Saturday, February 24th South Carolina Presidential Preference Primary.

Judicial Reform Back in Greenville – Monday 6PM

A must see event!

Published

on

WE ARE BACK IN GREENVILLE! Judicial Reform and the problems with Lawyer-Legislators is back in full force at the Greenville County Republican Party (GCRP) meeting on Monday night, February 5th at Mauldin First Baptist. Doors open at 6PM, and the meeting starts promptly at 7PM.

Solicitor David Pascoe (D – 1st Judicial District) & Solicitor Kevin Bracket (R – 16th Judicial District) will be giving a presentation YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS!!!

We saw their presentation, along with Solicitor Rick Hubbard (R – 11th Judicial District), at the official Lexington County Republican Party (LCRP) meeting on January 8th.

What is happening in SC Courtrooms is WORSE than you can imagine!!!

Listen to this “teaser” from Solicitor Hubbard (R) about Lawyer-Legislator Rep. Todd Rutherford (D) … YOU WON’T BELIEVE IT!!!

“Sit down and shut-up!!!”

Lawyer legislator todd rutherford (d), Start minute 4:10

“Anyone else would be in jail.”

solicitor rick hubbard (r – 11th judicial circuit)

“Maybe I sent that email to [Rep. Rutherford’s] wrong email address.”

the judge – continuance granted – #shocking

“This system is B.S.”

withness to the murder

  • YouTube Video:  HERE

A MUST SEE EVENT:  The above video clip is just one example of the travesty going on in our judicial system … there are TONS MORE … and you don’t want to miss hearing this LIVE from the very prosecutors struggling for JUSTICE in South Carolina courtrooms everyday!!!

These elected Solicitors & Sheriffs … from all over South Carolina … Republicans & Democrats … have had enough and are putting EVERYTHING ON THE LINE … including their careers … to save South Carolina’s fatally flawed Judicial System.

As one person said … if Attorney General Alan Wilson (R) and Solicitor David Pascoe (D) both agree we need Judicial Reform … and both are fighting together for it … H+LL really has frozen over … and we need Judicial Reform NOW!!!  Not half-measures … but serious and comprehensive Judicial Reform!!!

JUSTICE & Judicial Reform is truly a non-partisan issue!!!

Event Details:  HERE

Mauldin First Baptist, 150 S. Main Street, Mauldin, SC 29662

All this talk of CORRUPT Lawyer-Legislators … a conflicted Judicial Merit Selection Commission (JMSC) (HERE) … and a failed South Carolina Judicial System … began then GCRP Chairman & current State Executive Committeeman Jeff Davis (co-founder of mySCGOP.com) had the audacity (and guts) to invite his fellow 1989 Citadel Classmate … “Democrat” Solicitor David Pascoe … to speak at the January 6th, 2022 GCRP Business Meeting.  Davis took a lot of heat … but there was a crowd of 600 that showed up … and we are here today because of that BI-PARTISAN effort.

Even SC Freedom Caucus member Rep. Joe White (R – Newberry) who leads their Judicial Reform efforts … at the time Joe was just an average citizen … was not happy about the “Democrat” speaking at a GOP Meeting and voiced his opinion about it to Davis.  But after attending the event … and hearing Solicitor Pascoe’s presentation … Joe had Pascoe come speak to his conservative group’s next meeting at his property in Newberry.  It is a why Joe ran for office, and won!!!

#ChangingLIVES!

Some folks may still not get why a Republican would work with a pro-life Democrat … but when it comes to JUSTICE REFORM there are no party lines … just a UNIPARTY we must all expose and a Judicial System we must fix.

#JoinUS!

Lexington Update – LCRP First Community Bank Protest

Did The Bank Screw UP?

Published

on

Well, the SCGOP Chairman Drew McKissick’s fabricated “drama” in Lexington (HERE & HERE) … in a vain attempt to minimize the duly elected America FIRST Chair Pamela Godwin … has now spilled over to the business community … specifically FIRST COMMUNITY BANK (HERE) headquartered in Lexington, SC.

HOW?  Because First Community Bank evidently relied upon the word of the SCGOP and went ahead and seized … without contacting the “owners” / signatories … the Lexington County Republican Party (LCRP) bank account … and handed it over to the the Drew McKissick supported “splinter group”.

Say what???

Yes, one day the LCRP members were using their bank account … and the next it was GONE!!!  Checks bounced … all the cash was gone … no funding for pre-planned events (i.e., they suffered legal damages) … without even a phone call from FIRST COMMUNITY BANK to the account “owners” / signatories … i.e., the people whose names are on the bank paperwork and who used their personal IDs and Social Security Numbers to open the account!!!

No … it is not a good look for FIRST COMMUNITY BANK!!!

FYI … Your Account IS CLOSED!!!

LCRP Members have now begun PROTESTING in front of the FIRST COMMUNITY BANK headquarters branch located at 5455 Sunset Blvd. Lexington, SC 29072.  Not once … but at least 4 or 5 times now, and they seem intent to keep up the protest.

Yes, it is midwinter … but it is getting hot in Lexington for FIRST COMMUNITY BANK.

Here is our video interview with one of the Lexington County Republican Party protesters in front of the bank branch headquarters.

From the interview and other documentation they appear to have a valid “concern” … to put it kindly … and still reportedly no one from the bank has contacted the LCRP members to resolve the matter.

Although the MAGA / America FIRST Chairman Pamela Godwin has not personally participated in the protest at FIRST COMMUNITY BANK, she did tell us that she “supports the protesters from the official LCRP.”

YouTube Video:  HERE

We have reached out with a PRESS INQUIRY to Michael C. “Mike” Crapps, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of First Community Bank … stock symbol FCCO (HERE) … with no response.  It appears the bank is lawyering up having being duped into (or actively participated) in an SCGOP “drama”.

SCGOP Can Seize Local County GOP Party Bank Accounts?:  Our concerns expressed to Mr. Crapps, to which he nor any bank representative responded, is the understanding that local County GOP Parties, although charters of the SCGOP, have completely separate Federal Employer Identification Numbers (FEIN), completely separate organizational structures, and completely separate financial structure (with no financial reporting to the SCGOP) … but apparently based on a “letter”, these local county GOP parties can have their bank accounts SEIZED?!?!?  That does not seem right to us.

No Court Order, No Due Process???:  Secondly, we asked Mr. Crapps to comment on how FIRST COMMUNITY BANK could seize the LCRP Bank Account without a Court Order or any Due Process whatsoever.  We asked how could the two LCRP leadership individuals who opened the account … and were the only “owners” / signatories on the account … not even be contacted by the bank prior to the accounts seizure?  Again neither Mr. Crapps nor any bank representative responded.

We will reach out the FIRST COMMUNITY BANK again for comment … so stay tuned …

Mike Crapps, Co-Founder & CEO: HERE

mcrapps@firstcommunitysc.com

We also reached out to another other bank, law enforcement and experienced attorneys for their perspective …

What “Other” Banks Would Do?:  We did contact another bank that holds the checking account for a local County GOP and their representative said in NO WAY would they transfer over ownership of an account, seize account funds … or hand the cash over to another party … without first contacting the account “owners” / signatories … or requiring a Court Order.

LEGAL PROBLEMS???:   We have also spoken with law enforcement officials and attorneys off the record … familiar with banking regulation and laws … and it appears FIRST COMMUNITY BANK has a problem.  A legal “PRESERVATION OF EVIDENCE” letter (often step one in a lawsuit) has been sent to FIRST COMMUNITY BANK and the bank has responded acknowledging receipt.

This is a developing story … so stay tuned!!!
