The Boston TEA Party – 250 Years Later
2023 … the Boston TEA Party continues!
We love history. Study it and you will see the future. Those who do not study history are doomed to repeat it … and there are some things we do not want to keep repeating.
December 16th, 1773 … that is when we like to think the Colonist became “Americans”.
It has been 250 years of good times and bad, struggle and success, yet today we are fighting the same distant tyranny (this time from Washington, D.C. & Columbia, SC as opposed to England) as we were 250 years ago.
It is not because We The People are losing … it is because that is the nature of human behavior. Yesterday’s patriots are today’s “establishment”. As the saying goes … politicians, like diapers, need to be changed often. There is a lot of truth there and it is why we teach that “Your first job is to Find Your Replacement” (after VETTING them – HERE)… followed by “Don’t replace old RINOs with new RINOs” … and perhaps most importantly of all, “Beware the Ladder Climbers!!!”
The Boston TEA Party was the great awakening of it’s time … and we are going though a new (or some say ever constant) great awakening today.
Fight on like those first “Americans” of December 16th, 1773 … 250 years ago today.
