Freudian Slip … or Guilty Conscience?
McKissick calls ‘Jeff Davis,’ up to the stage …
Current SCGOP Chairman Drew McKissick has REFUSED to ever meet or speak with Jeff Davis and the patriot America FIRST movement sweeping South Carolina. That seems strange given Jeff is the immediate past Chairman and current State Executive Committeeman of the Greenville County Republican Party (GCRP) … and Chairman of mySCGOP.com.
Seriously, “who” refuses to meet with leadership of the Palmetto States largest County GOP (HERE) … and their statewide opponent for SCGOP Chairman, a race where Drew only narrowly avoided a runoff by a 16 vote margin? (HERE & HERE)
Well, apparently it is not because Drew does not know Jeff Davis’ name!!!
As 2,100 patriots gathered Monday night at Congressman Jeff Duncan’s 12th annual Faith & Freedom BBQ, Drew had Jeff Davis (not Georgia) on his mind as he mixed-up the introduction of Congressman Duncan to the stage.
It was so “interesting” even The State newspaper (HERE) reported on the mix-up:
“Right before introducing Duncan, McKissick had a bit of a fumble with his words and called ‘Jeff Davis,’ up to the stage, a former challenger to McKissick when he ran for party chairman.“

PHONES BLOWING UP!!!: We were not personally at the event … we are not fans of this years speakers … but about 6:20PM our phones started blowing up with messages from patriots who were at the event … and it has been nonstop ever since. This you do not see everyday!
PLATFORM UNITY?
TIME TO GROW-UP: All this is just poking a little fun at the situation … and we do have to laugh every once in a while … but friends we are losing our country and the childish side of all this at some point needs to end.
We would like Chairman McKissick to know that our “Open Letter” issued a few days after the SCGOP State Convention on May 20th, 2023, still stands.
Will you meet?
Will you work cooperatively for the better good of South Carolina and the Republican Platform?
Will you do it for the Children of South Carolina?
Leaders do not have to agree … but they do have a responsibility to meet and to talk with other leader. We should do what is best for We The People and the children … and if that takes a little humility, that is something we should all be able to give to the cause. We know we can.
If the above “ribbing” offends, we apologize … but let’s bury the hatchet and get to work. Together we are always stronger … and together everyone wins.
