Charleston Cheat? Release the results!!!

GREENVILLE WIN … LEADS TO CHARLESTON CHEAT?

Published

on

We must quickly mention the Greenville WIN however, because this win is creating the need for a CHARLESTON CHEAT!!!

#fireDrew McKissick was 100% counting on Greenville leadership and state delegates going his way.  The SCGOP illegally took over the GCRP ReOrg & County Convention.  Then the RINOs, the “old guard”, the “establishment” … and even people that talk like us, but are really controlled by the RINOs, were manipulated against America FIRST.  The deals cut must have been over the top.

And yes … similar to Charleston and their 70 delegates, in Greenville the opposition used a supposedly conservative high powered “Political Consultant” (one that talks like us) to implement the assault on America FIRST … but it did not work!!!

IT IS ALL ABOUT THE NUMBERS!!!

But the loss of 85 delegates in Greenville has now created the situation where the SCGOP needs to find #fireDREW delegates somewhere else … or at least STOP the flood of other America FIRST delegates somewhere else … enter Charleston.

Simply stated, the #fireDREW Crew have all the data, know all the State Delegates, they know the numbers … and they must be worried … so they are pulling out all the stops.

CHARLESTON LEADERSHIP WINS:  Last Saturday, it was clear that America FIRST had a huge win in Charleston.  They won everything except the Chairman position which narrowly appears to have gone to the SCGOP backed Chairman candidate Andrew Boucher.  [NOTE:  Remember, Andrew Boucher is the candidate the establishment was trying to harvest 150 Form 1s to before the current CCRP Chairman exposed that cheat.  Thank you Maurice Washington!!! See HERE.]

It also appears the STATE DELEGATES may have gone 100% to America FIRST as well.  Why would we guess that?  Because the SCGOP backed Chairman Andrew Boucher is REFUSING TO RELEASE THE RESULTS!!!

Why won’t Andrew release the results?  Ironically the establishment now seem to care about election integrity.  Isn’t that interesting.  See the email from Andrew Boucher (Political consultant & Chair elect – the one seat America FIRST lost) … but be warned, it is a long one!!!

One can only consider … “Thou doth protest too much.”

SOME IMPORTANT HOUSEKEEPING

First, thank you for entrusting me with the position of Charleston County Republican Party Chairman.  I look forward to working with you in the months and years ahead.   I want to provide an update on the results from the convention.  Bear with me, as this is long.  It is also important.

On Tuesday, I received a formal complaint about voting irregularities regarding the state delegate ballot from Tim Cox, a delegate and executive committeeman from St. Andrews 21.  The complaint was addressed to the SCGOP, and I immediately forwarded it to the state chairman and executive director.  Since then, there have been multiple similar allegations.

There have also been known issues with the ballot irregularities, with multiple names improperly omitted and multiple names duplicated.  On this situation, a very clear picture of just how those irregularities occurred has developed. The worst possible outcome would be for Charleston’s delegates to the state convention to not be seated due to an unresolved dispute over credentials and voting. Here where things stand. Yesterday morning, I received the official report from the Credentials Committee and immediately forwarded it to the state party – for reasons explained below.   Due to the nature of the allegations, I believe the vote for state delegate may now be in dispute, and it is my responsibility to determine how that dispute can be resolved or remedied – if at all. Again, we can not be in a position where our delegates do not get seated at the state convention.  I will make a decision either today or tomorrow after consultation with counsel. This is where things get interesting.

The Charleston County Republican Party and The Charleston County Republican Convention are separate entities.  There is a clear and deliberate separation of powers – a concept that we conservatives should understand. As chairman of the Charleston County Republican Party, my powers regarding the convention, the balloting, and anything having to do with the results are limited.  This is why I have intentionally recused myself from anything having to do with the balloting or counting being done by the Credentials Committee and Teller Committee. In fact, as chairman, the only reason I received the report and was required to forward it to the state party is because the convention did not elect a secretary.  It is the convention secretary who is supposed to send the results to the state party.  Rules provide for the county party chairman to perform that duty in the absence of the secretary, but the rule gives clear preference to the secretary because, again, the chairman’s role in the convention is limited by design.
As the convention did not elect a secretary, I received the report and sent it to the state party, seeing my role as solely to perform the proscribed duties of the convention secretary.  Or, to put it another way, if a convention secretary had sent the results to the state party, I would never have been involved in the process at all and would have never received the list. Quite simply, by a reading of the rules and with deference to the unique and separate powers of the convention, the state delegate list is not mine to release at my discretion.  That is the rule.  Again, the state delegates are elected by the Charleston County Republican Convention to represent Charleston at the state convention.  They are not under the purview of the Charleston County Republican Party.

Serious Concerns

As for the issue at hand, my greatest concern is that due to pending disputes, our delegates would not be seated at the state convention. Furthermore, allegations of cheating against a fellow Republican are serious and will be treated as such.  If someone makes an allegation, it doesn’t go away because the results of the election in question go one way or another. Even with a situation we now are in, the convention has the sole power.  Rule 10 of the state party bylaws, which governs appeals, goes even further regarding the independence of the convention, stating, “…all questions pertaining to the seating of delegates at all levels shall be determined by the convention, meeting, or body.”

My only decision – and my only power in this situation – is whether or not to reconvene the convention in some form to ensure Charleston’s delegates have their voice heard, nothing more. Whether or not the credentialing process, ballot creation, vote, and counting undermined the voice of the delegates and put the seating of our state delegates at risk is my only standard in making this decision, and even then, only the convention is able to actually choose delegates. If fraud did occur, we need to know that, and I trust that anyone in a similar situation would want to be judicious, fair, and deliberate through this process.

Finally, the volunteers who planned and ran the convention, especially those who served on the Credentials and Teller Committees, have put in untold hours in the past two weeks.  They are our fellow Republicans.  They deserve our respect and our thanks. Sometimes allegations can come from a place of inquiry or honest confusion. However, if the allegations prove to be unfounded, fabricated, and malicious, those making them should re-evaluate how they treat those who are volunteering their time and energy to help run this party.

Andrew Boucher
Chairman

CALL TO ACTION

RELEASE THE RESULTS!

This is not complicated.  We all appreciate the establishment now caring about election integrity … welcome to our fight … but if there are issues, that should not prevent releasing the results.

It only appears now that the reason the results won’t be released is because America FIRST WON!!! End that debate and provide 100% transparency to all the parties involved.  Republicans should not have to fight other Republicans for truth and transparency.

A legal demand letter has been sent to Andrew Boucher (CCRP Chair elect) & Maurice Washington (current CCRP Chair) to release the results.  See below.

ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING.

We do not cheat … we do not have to cheat.  We set the example … and that example is truth & transparency.  We hope Andrew Boucher & Maurice Washington will do the right thing as well.

Release the results ASAP & investigate the complaint with 100% transparency.

Words of Wisdom – Trust None of Them!

Especially the ones you like!

Last week FITSNews put out an article about the SC Speaker of the House entitled Murrell Smith Has Lost His Ability To Lead”. (HERE).

Questioning the Speaker’s ability to lead was one thing (and we loved it) … but we found a quote in the article that “IF” all our MAGA America First friends would learn and truly understand, we would win this war with the RINOs … and Save America in the process.

Take a read … and maybe read it twice …

Power, in an ideal world, is wielded by principled officials with the consent – and in the interests – of the governed. In reality, though, it is wielded by powerful special interests who use elected officials as their puppets. As a result, the goal of “governing” becomes advancing those special interests while doing just enough to fool just enough of the voters into believing you are still serving their interests.”

“The more the curtain is peeled back, though, the harder it becomes to keep the puppet show going… especially when the objectives of these special interests run completely counter to the will of the electorate.

– FITSNews 4/24/2025

Do you see it?  Do you realize that none of this world of politics is about the Will of The People?  Do you understand you can’t trust any of them … and as we would add, especially don’t trust the ones you like?  Didn’t we see this with what essentially every SC State Senator did to Treasurer Curtis Loftis on April 21st, 2025 … and their “railroading of US”?  (HERE

It is all about OVERSIGHT … by The People … by YOU … by US … and it takes calling out the “drift” to the center (or worse, to the left) we see with all good conservative elected officials … most within months of being elected.

Yes, WE are peeling back the curtain. WE are winning.  But learn to trust your gut, learn to question everything, and learn to trust nothing as is necessary!!!

WE The People win first by knowing what this “game” (as they see it) is really about … and secondly by knowing this applies to ALL elected officials … including the ones you like … especially the ones you like.  No one is immune.

If you will learn just that … WE can Save America.

SC Senate’s Railroading of “US”

Legislators have actual distain for their constituents.

Published

on

4/21/2025 YouTube Live Stream: HERE

Yesterday was 10 hours and 15 minutes of pure railroading of the most popular elected public official in the State of South Carolina … Treasurer Curtis Loftis.

At the end of the night, “our” SC State Senators voted 33 to 8 in favor of S 534 (HERE) … a Concurrent Resolution on the “removal” of Curtis Loftis.

But none of this had to do with Curtis Loftis … if had to do with YOU … with US.

If you watch the video you can tell the utter distain our SC State Senators have for US and our opinions.  We had over 400 simultaneous viewers on our live stream yesterday … all furious about what they were witnessing.  Many had never actually watched a video of the proceedings at the SC Statehouse … never seen what really happens in Chambers on the live feed.  Well, now they have, and now they know exactly how bad it is.

We have watched this for just over 10 years in our School Choice battle.  Yesterday was no different.  The Senate had it’s mind made up BEFORE the proceedings started … and nothing was going to change the outcome.  It was all about the MONEY … and their petty vendettas … it had nothing to do with what is right morally, ethically, or legally … it was all a show.

Anyone watching saw the terrible opening performance of Senators Grooms & Goldfinch.  We then all witnessed the brilliant performance of Treasurer Loftis and his representatives / lawyers.  Curtis and his TEAM laid out his case and we all thought it was over … slam dunk … Curtis was vindicated.

Then the rest of the Senators got their “10 minutes each of Q&A” … and it became obvious the outcome was predetermined.

The final vote was 33 to 8 (with 5 excused absences).

But even the 8 that voted in favor of Treasurer Loftis … they all sat there relatively silent knowing the “fix was in” … just like so many times in our school choice fight.  It was a railroading because that is what THEY all wanted.

This was not about Curtis Loftis … this was about POWER, CONTROL, MONEY … and petty personal VENDETTAS … and now a lot more people have seen it first hand.

Let’s hope this is the “Shot Heard Round the WORLD” for South Carolina citizens to wake up to the problem which is our SC State Legislature – especially the SC Senate.  Not some of them, not a few in leadership … not just the ones who voted against Curtis Loftis … but (sadly) every single one of them.  Silence is compliance.  Where was any elected SC Senator FIGHTING for Curtis Loftis … or US … yesterday? They were all responsible.

NOW … get ready and watch the #FakeNewsMedia and everyone else who “benefits” from getting rid of Curtis will start to pile on.  Watch some (who have been shafting The People as well) try to reap some positive brownie points out of this to help ingratiate themselves with the grassroots as they claim outrage and try to come to Curtis’ defense.  None of this is complicated once you see the mental manipulation that goes on in politics in general, and SC politics specifically.

More to come on this for sure … stay tuned.

Curtis Loftis Running for Re-Election in 2026!!!

Thank You Sir!!!

Published

on

FITSNews Video (4/1/2025): HERE

It may have been official before … but it is undeniable now … Treasurer Curtis Loftis is running for re-election!!!  We could not be more excited because Curtis is literally the most popular elected official in the State of South Carolina … and he is one of, if not “the” most honest.  If you want to know about the corruption going on in Columbia & with our State Government … listen to Curtis!!!

Here is just one quote from the FITSNews interview to explain it all – and quote that we could not agree with more (from our own personal experience):

If you stand up to the power structure, you’re going to get hit.

-Treasurer Curtis Loftis

And standing up to the power structure in Columbia is exactly what Curtis has done for the citizens of South Carolina since his inauguration on January 12th, 2011 … and like others that have stood up, Curtis has been beat up unmercifully over it.

Literally, right now, certain SC State Senators (more on “who & why” later – but hint:  Larry Grooms & Stephen Goldfinch) are trying to pin a $1.8 BILLION accounting issue that has nothing to do with the Treasurer’s Office on Curtis.  It is utter insanity … and we wrote about it back on February 10th (see HERE) … but it is Columbia & South Carolina Politics (and corruption – that we are determined to keep EXPOSING!!!)

A huge THANK YOU from the grassroots activists to Treasurer Curtis Loftis for sticking it out for another term for the citizens and taxpayers of South Carolina.  We know you didn’t intend to run for another term … and would like to enjoy retirement … (like the rest of us!!!) …  but once you see the CORRUPTION IN SOUTH CAROLINA, how do you walk away?  Good men, like Curtis, can’t walk away.  Neither can we!!!
