We are sharing our “Good News Friday w/ Lawrence Lantz” and his national update (see below) on Thursday as a special edition due to the fact we will have A LOT to report FRIDAY from last nights December 13th, 2023, SCGOP State Executive meeting. It was a further Declaration of War on MAGA & America FIRST by SCGOP Chairman Drew McKissick & the “sleepy caucus” of the SCGOP State Executive Committee.

Yes … another busy week (and it is not over)! We are excited about our newest installment of GOOD NEWS FRIDAY (filmed Wednesday night, December 13th) with our good friend Lawrence Lantz.
This week’s theme … MAGA is THRIVING & MAGA is WINNING!
As we rejoice in election victories, let us never forget whom we truly serve: our Lord alone. The ultimate victory was never up for vote—it was settled at the cross. Jesus has already won.
As we enter this Thanksgiving week, what better time to lift our eyes from the ballot box to the One who holds all things together? So stay steady, keep working hard with joy, and place no ultimate trust in parties or elected officials.
We do not fight for victory; we fight from victory. Be thankful. Always. And especially this week—give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, and His steadfast love endures forever!
“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through Lord Jesus Christ.”
1 Corinthians 15:57
To repeat from last Sunday (HERE), politicians (and voters) often claim “Christian values” while ignoring Jesus’ commands like speaking truth, hypocrisy, performative piety, vindictiveness, etc., etc.

Friends, we have been running a weekly Coffee & Politics Meeting out of our Greenville Headquarters for nearly 3 1/2 years now … and it has been a huge hit. It is how we communicate our vision and #Mission to or local Volunteers and Community … and it one way we RECRUIT more people to the MAGA America First movement.

Policy positions mean nothing if personal and political conduct disobeys Christ. A leader can quote Scripture on stage but lack God’s presence if their actions contradict it.
Christian influence is not measured by votes won or laws enacted, but by whether God can truly “make His home” in the hearts and actions of those who wield power.
“Jesus replied, Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”
John 14:23
To repeat from last Sunday (HERE), as Veterans Day approaches, the verse from John 15:13, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends”, offers a profound life lesson in selfless sacrifice.

Veterans Day (originally known as Armistice Day) is a federal holiday in the United States observed annually on November 11, for honoring military veterans of the United States Armed Forces. It coincides with holidays in several countries, including Armistice Day and Remembrance Day, which also occur on the anniversary of the end of World War I. Major hostilities of World War I were formally ended at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918 when the Armistice with Germany went into effect. At the urging of major U.S. veteran organizations, Armistice Day was renamed Veterans Day in 1954.
Veterans Day is distinct from Memorial Day, a U.S. public holiday in May: Veterans Day commemorates the service of all U.S. veterans, while the older Memorial Day, which grew out of Civil War commemorations, specifically honors those who have died while in military service. Another military holiday that also occurs in May, Armed Forces Day, honors those currently serving in the U.S. military. Additionally, Women Veterans Day is recognized by a growing number of U.S. states that specifically honor women who have served in the U.S. military.
BONUS CONTENT – POLAND INDEPENDENCE DAY: Independence Day (Polish: Narodowe Święto Niepodległości) is a national day in Poland celebrated on 11 November to commemorate the anniversary of the restoration of Poland’s sovereignty as the Second Polish Republic in 1918 from the German, Austro-Hungarian and Russian Empires. Following the partitions in the late 18th century, Poland ceased to exist for 123 years until the end of World War I, when the destruction of the neighboring powers allowed the country to reemerge. It is a non-working day and a flag flying day in Poland.
