The SCGOP Platform? Is the Party Upholding it?

SOUTH CAROLINA REPUBLICAN PLATFORM:
First of all … prepare yourself. Prepare to be FLOORED!!! The Platform is actually kind of good. The problem however is none of these “political” people are following the Platform!!!
The platform is 12 full pages. We probably need a FULL EDUCATIONAL SERIES to go over it all … so expect a PODCAST to read though the Platform and we can discuss the points individually. But here is one sample to start off with.
THE JUDICIARY PLANK:
We all know SC is one of only two states where our JUDGES are selected by the legislature. Yes, lawyer-legislators who appear before these judges, actually selected them to be on the bench. Does anyone think these JUDGES will be fair???
It is one of the MOST CORRUPT ways to select judges … but the super-majority of Republicans are making ZERO effort to fix it.
Curious why??? #FollowTheMoney!!!
Have your heard of the Murdaugh Murders??? This is the type of corruption going on in our judicial system … and the SCGOP is doing ZERO about it.

You tell us, is this just talk? We think so. Does anyone think these people actually care about “the children” when they do not seem to be implementing the platform whatsoever?

The Missing Story Behind the Alex Pretti Minnesota Shooting
What Is the New American Development Center?
At mySCGOP.news, we focus on South Carolina state and local politics … but we did want to venture into the national story of the weekend — the Alex Pretti ICE shooting in Minnesota — and challenge you to look a little deeper (with all matters), and to take a peek at the “business” in the background in Minnesota.
There is A LOT of talk about the shooting — and we have all seen the videos circulating — but look in the background and ask yourself, “What is the New American Development Center?”
A quick search shows it is not a daycare center … but yet another type of NGO (non-governmental organization) with the espoused (and government-funded) mission to reduce poverty for Somali and East African immigrant and refugee communities.
How much does that cost taxpayers? $1,441,733 in government grants in 2024. The Executive Director earned $163,900 in 2024 … $168,323 in salary for other “disqualified” people/persons … $40,000 in lobbying … and a host of other “expenses” that are very questionable as to the amounts, and we can only guess who received those funds.

South Carolina Attorney General candidate DAVID PASCOE has committed to establishing a PCU — Public Corruption Unit — when he takes office. Minnesota (and the U.S.) may need a PCU too.
